The attached document displays information on the structure of the Conference (from 3d preparatory committee meeting on 13-15 June to the Conference itself on 20-22) and  the different venues allocated to the Conference around the city of Rio.

Accommodation remain a great challenge: UCLG is trying to ensure blocks for the members that will participate in its Executive Bureau on 18 June in Rio de Janeiro with the support of the City itself but no confirmation is yet available. If you have the capacity to proceed to booking of hotel rooms or look into possibilities with your national delegations, do not hesitate.  

It is also recommended to start booking your flights at the earliest possible.
