The Semantic Analysis of the contributions to the draft Zero show that Urbanization and Local Governments are high in the interest of the negotiators of the final document of Rio+20. However subsidiarity is very low in the ranking and urbanization is only experienced as a challenge and not as a great oportunity. A lot needs to be done still.
